Good software to convert my videos into the right format for my PSP?

I have already tried PSP video 9 and it didn't work for me. Can anyone reccommend a good program to convert my vidoes or a good sight where I can download things in the right format. I found something good for Youtube videos but not everything I want is on there and Youtube's quality isn't that good. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Try "Any Video Converter". with this you can convert all video formats to MP4 or what ever format you want....Its really great...:)
