Good Snowshoe/ Winter Hiking Pants?

Howdy, so I have a fair amount of experience hiking up, down, around, and through just about any type of terrain...in summer. For spring break myself and my buddies are heading up to a nice piece of empty land in Wyoming. The only issue, ranger station has advised there will probably be about 1 to 2 feet of snow on the ground. Temperatures are supposed to range from 30's-40's to night time lows below freezing. Im a cold weather person so the climate isn't particularly worrisome to me, but all my gear is currently summer stuff. And I have no experience with snowshoes, so if someone could recommend some good (affordable) snowshoes and cold weather hiking pants (right now I only have jeans) it would be greatly appreciated thanks. Also I have a good 4 season tent so thats not a worry in case some might be concerned.
