Good PS2 games like Bully and others?

i like RPGs, somewhat Action like bully, i hate GTA.
i just beat bully today and i'm finally deciding that Bully is one of the best games ever, OR, The best game i've played for the PS2 so far.

the game has to be maximum price, of 35dollars.
i don't want any finalfantasy games because After FFTactics was relesed (PS1), all FinalFantasy games started to suck A55! the only good FF game was FFT, FFTA, FFVII, FFVII and dirge of cerberus.

My personal favorites are the Ratchet and Clank series. Shooting action, with a solid story, or God of War
