good (preferably free) pc games?

I'm looking to burn a little time between work and school and i've been looking for some games that follow this criteria..

MUST BE IN 3D AND FOR DOWNLOAD

Racing
and / or
FPS
and / or
MMO Games
(If you say World Of Warcraft your going to get busted on, and your not getting the 10pts.)

Also im looking for a few 1st person real time rpgs

A few similar games of what i'm looking for..
~ Tremulous
~ Wolfenstien enemy territory
~ Runescape
~ Mount & Blade

These games must run on an Nvidia 6200 video card... but i can make improvisations in quality if necessary
