ok my attorney said i got 52% disable from the doctors reports for my ankle .so its been a month since he got the reports .and he call the defense like 13 days ago to settle ,he is asking 72,000 for my case ,now how long can it take more likelly to settle this case my attorney said he cannot be calling and calling cause we look very desperate .just wondering how long or what is the insurance waiting for ??
