good phone for 850 Mhz roaming on T-Mobile

I have a Sidekick 2 right now, which is a european tri-band phone (900/1800/1900). I looked at the coverage map of where I will be visiting soon, and its all 850Mhz roaming on Dobson. I know the Sk3 has 850 capabilities, but refuse to get one (again) because of the bugs/glitches/issues it has. Anyone have recommendations for phones that have 850Mhz capabilities, for use as a backup while roaming?

Nokia 6103, my dad has it, no complaints on the phone its triband 850/1800/1900

The Samsung SGH-T509 and Motorola v195 are quad-band.
