Good Phone/Carrier for Honey Harbour Area in Ontario?

Hi there,

Just would like to know if anyone had a suggestion or any experience for a good phone/carrier in the Honey Harbour area of Ontario?
I will be using the phone in outlying areas (i.e. on the water in the the summer and other remote areas).
