Good PC Street Racing/Street Bike Stunting Game?

I am looking for either a good street racing PC game or a street bike racing/stunting PC game. I don't like want a pure racing game. Preferable something with a little story line, or something where I can mod my bike/car. Something where I can choose what to do and not just follow a storyline.
