Good Multimedia Phone In NJ/L.A Area!

I currently reside in Northern New Jersey and Will be moving in the L.A. area this summer. I've been with cingular/AT&T forever. And now my contract has ended and I had a pretty bad year with them and I want to switch over to either T-Mobile or Nextel. No one I know has Verizon anyways.

I want a phone that looks nice that can play mp3s as well. Something new and stylish with good features. I am not really big with built in camera/videos either so it doesnt have to be near top of the line. Also it's a must that I can be able to connect to my computer and transfer pictures/songs/ringtones/games into my cellphone. I am gonna buy it through Amazon.com So I can get that $150 off cellphones sale that they are having.

Also, if it's possible something that has a notepad or somewhere I can enter my "To-Do List" and little notes throughout the day
 
I dont know if it's considered stylish at all, but the Nokia 6682 fits your description. Otherwise, there's the Sony Ericsson Walkman like of phones.
 
Hmm...maybe you should check out the sony ericsson k750i/w800i/w600i or the motorola slvr L7. I'm not sure what they offer on Amazon, but I'm just listing a few phones that play mp3s well. In my opinion, the sony ericsson phones (k750i, w800i, etc.) function better as mp3 players than the moto L7. The mp3 sound quality on the sony ericsson phones sound much better to me. Good luck!
