good mp3 player, full bluetooth, memory card phone?

I'm looking for a good small-ish phone that takes memory cards, plays mp3's well (including VBR), has full bluetooth support (including 'synch with PC' feature, file transfers, stereo headset for mp3 playback), and text messaging. I don't care if it has a camera, and I don't need any data or "smart phone" capabilites. I also have no preference in terms of it being a flip phone, candybar style or slider, etc... Just as long as it's smaller and lighter than my Treo. Bonus points if it has a regular 3.5mm sized headphone jack and/or good FM broadcast quality for mp3 playback in the car.

No particular carrier is needed. I think T-Mobile is the only one I can't get here in Madison. Any suggestions?

thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Based on what I've read, the w810i doesn't support stereo bluetooth. Also, I don't think you can transfer files to the phone via bluetooth and the USB connector is only 1.1 (slow).

Anybody have an SCH-A960 on Sprint? How are those things? Search results here don't turn up very much about this phone.

The Fusic from Sprint might fit the bill. Also, on ebay the Motorola ROKR E2's have been released...and there really good. The only thing about the ROKRs is that its only triband right now and I don't think anyone has tried to hack it to quadband yet.
