Good motherboard for gaming?

i will make a new system for myself for gaming.....

is Gigabyte EP45-UD3L a good choice....

i have q9550 2.83 ghz, sapphire hd 4890, 4 gb ddr2 800mhz....
 
Honestly, I've never noticed any difference in recent motherboards in regards to gaming. That said, the P-45 series is meant to be a good chip-set and that motherboard has a great list of features.

In a nutshell, if you buy that motherboard I do not think you will be dissappointed.
