The Winter doesn’t arrive quickly enough
Of course rituals can’t get strange enough
There is nothing important about wasting time
To any member of a food chain/system, wanting to be somewhere else is always important

The seeds, the leaves, the roots - of a tree
The arms, the legs, the brains - of people
The coloration, the coat of fur, the homely wilderness - to an animal
… similar acts of quarantine to go with a mood

Some say that meat is for the cold; also that bones are tough
(uninhabited especially) Grass feels good;
People of clichés… all asking themselves if they think the rain minds
All that we forget in the name of beauty is a fortune

Resting in a crowd to sit and read and lose ability
Animals of athleticism and agility and deception
Hiding without the truth
Being obvious. What do I need? Why food?

Laying down for no reason but to dominate space
Making discoveries that puts assumptions on welfare
Staring at the stars - appreciating aesthetics confusedly distant;
Something to ignore the stench-felt blood

The moon, in disrespect, calling yours* the *broken days
Visual responses to the patterns in the sky; what is a warning flare?
Making heat without a flint
The games that I’m being taught

When I couldn’t learn (as a matter of choice)
THAT. When it was decided that I didn’t
Teachers believing themselves sacrificial…
Knowledge is power

War History
Sociology
The same day.
What did I accomplish?
What am I trying to say then?
Where was I?
Do I feel any better?
What can anyone not know about themself?
Lifting the responsibility - the truth- of a vest.
My personal famous achievement; what would I say? The best?
Originality is wasted upon the dead.
What is?
Who’s your favorite?
We like reading comedy,
We like feeling loved,
We like having a vote
{We have hopes}
Winter exhalations
the difference between love/favoritism
something special -
first smoke.
