It;s all about building low buck backyard customs and is not prejudice against any brand. A few issues back they featured a Duck with full suspension that was a real head turner. Most of these people scavenge e-bay and my favorite, bike swap meets.
Although you say you want to buy this bike, I offer this information because a lot of people build and sell to bankroll their next project.
