Good lake to fish for rainbow trouts in B.C.?

Here's my location =V1M-2N8
Im going for rainbow trout, i live in Langley. I dont want urban lakes, since they taste like fack, im gonna eat them. Here are some things i need the lake to be
-Enough/big enough rainbow trouts, so i can actaully catch/eat them
-Benches or somewhere to eat food
-Less than 1hr from my place
-Can fish from the shore
