Good hiking day trips?

I was wondering what some good hiking day trips are around Melbourne.

I am happy to head in any direction for a couple of hours drive but not sure what areas are not bushfire affected, or if they are affected, what areas are still accessible.

If you are looking for something relatively accessible to Melbourne, I'd suggest maybe Westerfold Park, or heading out to Warrandyte State Park. Both are just a short drive north/north-east of Melbourne, and take in some beautiful scenery.

I'd suggest you Google "bushwalking" and Victoria. You'll find plenty of places that may spark your interest.
