good hand positions on a road bike?

Do you guys have any pictures explaining how your hands should be on a road bike, like for when you are standing up pedaling or sitting down and pedaling. I just got my first road bike so I want to learn what is a good way to grip the handlebars. My bike is the Devinci Silverstone SL1 if that helps
