So, I'm on a healthy eating plan and already attend a gym 3 times a week. But I have a tendancy just to stay on the cross-trainer 45 min each time and them finish with sit ups and stretches.
Can anyone give me any ideas on how to improve/vary my exercise routine. At our gym, the fitness room is quite small but we have treadmills, bikes, crosstrainer, medicine ball, sit up mats and rowing machines.
The only restriction is that due to an injury I'm unable to use the treadmill for more that 10 min at a time (too high impact)
So I'd be greatful if anyone could give me a 'workout routine' - I'm trying to generally loose weight and tone up
