good gaming headset/phones for xbox 360...?

i have looked a turtle beach and at sennheiser and they seem to be the best but i sill have an open mind XD.
My price range is roughly 0$-200$. i also want to be able to communicate with people over xbox live with this headset. And i want to be able to hear those bastards coming up form behind me in mw2.
also...secondary question lol. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON MW2?
 
MW2 love it i just think they already need new maps but i play everyday an as for the headphones dude just get something reasonable use that money for something else, look for a pain on ebay they have several of them and cheap
