Deciding on a good gaming headset for christmas. I checked out the astro A30 gaming headsets and seems as tho they are better than the A40's. Do they need the mixamp to go along with it to work with the 360? Because that would be a hefty price tag of over 300 bucks. I've heard of turtlebeaches but i've also heard of them breaking easily or too early. Suggestions on others? More information on the ones listed/ which ones i should get would be great too.
