Good FPS and Sandbox Games for Bad PC?

I have an old laptop that then hard drive failed in, and i just fixed up. It's an hp ze4900. Stats are:
1.2 GB RAM (I added a gig)
1.4 Ghz Intel Celeron M Processor
Intel Extreme Graphics 2 For Mobile (64 MB Memory)
I love games like Fallout 3 and Borderlands, and this is only to tide me over until i can earn enough cash to buy a newer gaming laptop.
