Good folder lock in Windows 7 with all access from the Windows context menu?

I just installed the 64 bit version of Windows 7. With XP I previously used "Hide Files and Folders".
See: http://www.softstack.com/hff.html
It does not work on the 64 bit version of Windows 7. I need something else that allows file locking / unlocking access from the Windows context menu (instead of having to hide files, or drop them into some other file or program interface). This was a beautiful program that allowed you to right click a file, enter a password and lock it. Right click again and you could unlock it. If you unlocked it it would automatically re-lock itself upon shutting down, or with a timer. Bottom line is all security could be done at the file itself...no opening up another program, or having to re-lock it after unlocking it. The file protection could be toggled off for the moment, not just the usual permanent "turn on" or "turn off" the folder protection.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement? Anyone familiar with this on Windows 7?
