I will soon be buying me oldest daughter her first car. I found a 2001 Dodge Neon with 97k miles on it. It is shiny black, in flawless condition, and the interior is clean as a whistle with black leather. It has an automatic transmission, and I've had her checked out by the mechanic, and he can't find anything wrong except "it is low on windshield wiper fluid". It only costs $2000. Is it a good buy? Would a teen girl like it? Should I try to talk him down? Is there anything I'm forgetting? The only thing my daughter cares about is "4 doors and it has to be shiny black"
