Good First Car? [1998 Toyota Camry with 118,097 Miles]?

I am looking to buy my first car, and found this car on cars.com. It is at a dealership near where I live, and is a reasonable price. However I do not know much about cars, and 118,097 seems like a LOT of miles for a car to have. But I heard that Toyota Camry's last a long time, and this car has some good reviews.

So I'm asking, is this a reasonably good first car? And/Or is 118,097 miles acceptable for this vehicle?

I hope someone can answer my question. :D
