I can't run, i think because of my feet. When I was born my feet were pushed inward a bit and they are completely flat. When i try running, even with my asics i just bought, i get in so much pain and can't ever get used to it. I feel i can run, but my legs don't let me. I want to start losing weight and getting in good shape. I have a stationary bike and some tae-bo dvd's but thats about all. What exercises can I do for weight loss and muscle toning? I am 6 feet 230 pounds, I want to be around 205
