I need some good exercise routines to loose extreme weight (I don't have ddr )
Only equipment is treadmill and big exercise ball.
What I ate today
Morning : Breakfast - Pancake with syrup - 200 cal Coffee french vanilla - 200 cal
Lunch: Chips 110
Snack: Chips with cheese- 300 Fruit- 300
Dinner: Meat loaf - 300 Mashed Patatos - 200
Snack: 3 Brownies - 600 cal
This is what I usually eat everyday. Is it healthy? (How can I improve, i live in a house filled with junk!) I'm 5'5 and weigh 107 I'm 14 (almost 15) and looking to loose 7 pounds. exercise routines please?
