I am 11 and I am trying to loose weight. I am approx 4'11 and I need to lose 2-5 pounds. My BMI states that I have a chance of becoming over weight and I need a way to exercise. I tried 100 sit ups a day but then that went off track. Is there a way that I can do some special exercises without weights, yoga mats and other things? I have been eating healthier but I need to know what exercises to do and what you lose weight on, how to burn stomach fat and to become stronger.
