Good Diet and exercise?

So Im trying for a new "lease on life" as they say.
I want to become healthier than i am.
First off i want to find a good diet :3 under 1500 cals would b nice, i would like to add green tea into it because i know it is healthy and can help me loose weight.
And any helpful tips on excersise would be great, i am just planning on wii fitting and treamill, and of course school.
