Good Detox Plan to Help Clear up Skin??

Just wondering if anyone had a week long to ten day detox plan that would help get rid of acne as well as prevent it... I bought a book a while ago and I may try it but I'm just looking for something more simple. If anyone has a plan that they follow I would love to hear from you. I may possibly just go out any purchase a book on detoxing. Thanks for any help!

(ps if anyone has one ..Ill keep you posted on results.)
 
I just wanted to share that I tried a detox a few months ago actually. I just bought one in the store that had all these things you had to take and then a strict diet plan you had to follow. If you're looking for it to clear up your skin, it probably won't (at least it didn't for me). If you're looking for something for your overall health, give any of them a try. If you're doing it just for the skin though, like i did, don't waste your time or money.
