I'm looking for a little insight. I need a car to drive to college and back and my 5.7 Z28 won't cut it. I'm thinking of buying a 2003 dodge neon sxt from my step dad. It has a rebuilt title with only 62000. Everything is power and in perfect condition. The asking price is 3500 but I can pay 2500 up front with monthly payments of 100. I just need someone else's opinion because I believe it's a good deal.
