I work the front desk of a hotel.. In the city where I work there is another hotel that I use to work for.. I left for more money and NOT on bad terms.. I still on occasion talk to people that work there and sometimes talk to the general manager...
Today I checked into my hotel a guest that had a bad experience at my former hotel.. Something small, but none the less an unhappy experience.
Should I tell the general manager at that hotel.. in hopes that she can improve her front desk staff or do I say nothing and be glad that I am getting more business for my hotel...
