...over-the-top eccentric/idyllic? It seems that all the British films I've seen recently have either been about living in council estates coupled with /drugs/gang violence/prostitution, or on the far other end of eccentricity and/or idyllic countryside. Can someone recommend me something that's just about normal people in Britain? Preferably post-Blitz.
