If my answer doesn't make much sense, it's homeschooling related.
I've been googling for awhile now to no avail.
What I'm looking for is books that I could, say, have the library find for me and check out from there, to help in my homeschooling [long story short, parent doesn't want to contribute money and doesn't want to drive me to library to use the school text books they keep there all the time because that library is farther away than the one closer that doesn't].
I'd be looking for books for freshmen and sophomore levels... if that really matters any.
Off the top of my head, based on what I was doing when I was still in school [freshmen, all honors classes]:
Algebra 2 [slightly easier to find on my own but if anyone has suggestions, awesome]
Intro to Physics [Nothing here]
Global Studies / World Cultures
Honors English I
Spanish I [also slightly easy to find, but again, suggestions are awesome]
Though, I'm welcome to book suggestions on other things as well. My being in honors, for instance, had me skip taking Biology and Chemistry; I would have taken them sophomore and junior year. [My school made zero sense.]
Keep in mind again, I'm looking for books I could take out at the library. Not work books I'd be writing in.
Basically, things like actual school books. Specifics I could try and find.
