The other day, I realized how REAL the American Revolution must have been. Since childhood, I've thought of it as a "mythical" story or something. But, just like any revolution or uprising in this past century, it was made of real people, who were pushed to the point where they'd risk their LIVES for liberation from a government that was treating them poorly.
So I'm really interested in finding out more of the specifics about it. I don't want any fiction, but I don't want something that drags on in an "academic" of "scholar" kind of read, haha.
Any suggestions?
