Good bmx bike for flatland/street?

I need to know the name of a good bmx. I will be using it mainly for flatland tricks and street riding. Price range is $200 - $300, maybe a bit higher. Keep in mind that these prices are in canadian currency :p. I need to know the NAME and BRAND. Thanks!! :)
