Good asking price on car...?

I'm planning on selling my 99 mercury cougar in the spring, it'll have 140k miles max by then..engine wise V6, 2.5L, 0 problems, no tranny problems, oil is in great shape-change it about every 4500 miles, hardly even gets dirty, if at all, ummm, raditator has been flushed, 2 tires still have about 80% of tread, other 2 have about 45%, it's red w/a body kit in still good condition, fart can muffler (haha), a couple scratches (planning on fixing most), hasn't been in a wreck since i've owned her, however, we're pretty sure she was wrecked previously (won't lie). NEW PARTS: oh god, umm tie rod ends on front, front lower control arms, all new wheel bearings, i think all rotars have been replaced by now, new rear brakes, new struts all around, new bushings in the back, new sway bar links all around, and a couple others, can't honestly remeber it all. Has one fogged up headlight (doesn't affect the light tho), probably leave my newer head unit in it's a Kenwood, worth $160 on crutchfield.com, pioneer premium speakers all 4 about a yr old, and a sub in the trunk--probably will stay. Also, it has a sunroof that doesn't work, i've just made it so you can pop it up and slide it back manually (some scratches on roof b/c of this) has an approx 4" crack in alternator (might get it replaced). Overall good car, shifts well, has power, guys love it, girls love it...she's my baby but I'm ready for a 4 door. Also, i can get the windows tinted for only 150--be worth it or not? lol thanks!!
