Good Acne Medication

I used to have severe acnee...but after 6 months of roaccutane it went down to zeroo acne, for a few months.......now im starting to have mild acne with blackheaRAB....I want to control this? I have Emulbase Azufre to wash my face about twice a day......but a want a GOOD gel or a cream that I can put on my face overnight that would keep my face nice and clear. ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME?!?!?
 
5% benzoyl peroxide gel would be a good start, apply it all over the face before bed, after wahsing and drying the skin.

Thus is avaliable under many brand names, Oxy5, Benzac5, as well as generics.
