Good 360 games like GTA 4?

i want games like gta 4 or prototype but are easy and has cheats for when you get tired, so i want it more like gta 4, not prototype, i mean, i like easy games...i have to be in a certain mood to play complicated games like COD or Lost Planet, i never actually played Halo 3, is it easy/has cheats, or what about Hitman, Any other suggestions? if it's hard/doesn't have cheats, don't bother posting it
