This broad, as some of you old timers know, has been very important to me and helped me get through my detox and withdrawals. In return, I tried my best to provide support and assistance to everyone on it.

I'll be gone for a few weeks, but I'll be back. No, I'm not going into detox or relapsing or anything like that. Shame on you people that thought that!! :-) I'm doing something that I believe is absolutely necessary in helping prevent re-lapses. I am going to check off a Bucket List item, which will produce massive amounts of natural endorphins, so my body can learn it can produce them without the help of drugs.

So, good luck to everyone in their journey to become drug free. Remeraber to set your small goals to achieve your larger ones. Take your time and keep the end in sight. Do your research and keep the board informed how you are doing and ask your questions. There are so many great people here on this forum. They've been there - done that - so use their knowledge to help you achieve your goal.

Hey Denon, you're probably off on your adventure by now, but thanks for letting us know, and HAVE A GREAT TIME!!! I know you probably don't want to reveal what it is, so I'll just imagine that you're hiking the Grand Canyon or on a whirlwind tour of Europe....or something similarly fabulous! We'll miss you but will hold down the fort until your return....xxx ooo.

Wow! This is impressive! What a wonderful idea, to do the Bucket List thing as a way to learn to avoid relapse.

Denon, have a fantastic time, and I hope we get to hear how great your adventures make you feel.

Denon my man,

THAT IS AWESOME!!!!!!! I am so proud of you! What a GREAT idea. I am so proud of you and how far you have come. You have been so much help to everyone on this board!

Have a GREAT, SAFE & MEMORABLE adventure!
Hugs to you friend!

I'm sorta back with a limited Internet connection. Endorphine pumps in my body have been maxed out (could have been better), but I got want I expected and it has worked. Made new frienRAB, did lots of adventuring, found out new things that will help my business along and I never missed for a minute watching TV or reading a newspaper at all! I was more concerned about my immediate surrounRAB, as opposed to listening about how some rock singer OD on drugs, or if a baseball manager got fired, or if North Korea nuked us. The people I was with could care less about what is going on in the world and have their own society built around helping each other. It was very interesting to watch and be part of. My allergies even went away the whole time!!

A few sturabling blocks, where I irritated my neck carrying laundry - Advil and rest was the answer (and a lot of finger crossing!!). Arthritis in my feet and ankles are going to required some doctor intervention here very soon to figure out what to do.

But, I'll be back late next week to help out with my batteries recharged.

Hey, nothing could be finer than to see that when you get back to the real world, or your world that nothing has changed really. Like a big soap opera that you missed for a couple of weeks. They have not moved an inch. Good luck and enjoy your adventure.

Hey There Denon

You are really starting to live again. Good for you, Man. I hope there are hundreRAB of things on your Bucket List and you get to every one of them. Of course you will be missed, but what an inspiration to truly reclaim life and get on with it. There is joy and happiness in a life free of drugs. Whether an item on the list be big or small, rejoice in each one accomplished.

Ah, you are the man, Denon.

Hugs
