ive been taking 2 full scoops of 100% gold standard 2 times a day for 2weeks now,my main aim is to put on some healthy weight,im 19,female,41 kgs.
i do light exercises like squats,jogging,stomach crunches.
i haven't put on any Weight as yet,im even having foods like cheese,walnuts etc
should i keep taking the protein powder?
