There used to be 2 of them - two orange gold fish, one got suddenly ill and died (belly got purple blue in the end), the other one was totally fine, therefore after two weeks of carantine got a new friend - a small white gold fish, after two or three weeks the orange one got ill - at first the sides of the tale and flippers got black, then after treatment with Tetra Medica medicine got better, then last week he got totally sleepy and during the last few days he is lying on one side on the bottom of the fish-tank, he can still move around from time to time, but is obviously tired and ill, and then three days ago the black spot on the belly appeared and gets bigger and bigger. The white fish is totally ok, so the orange one is seperated and we are using Tetra Medica Contralck. What should we do? Thanks in advance.

Quite simply your fish are being exposed to high amounts of ammonia. You need to keep them on a weekly 25% NO MORE water change with gravel vac. you will also want to test if you suspect the ammonia is too high.

Not all fish are affected the same way at the same time which could explain the alternating deaths. BLack spots are the sign your fish was exposed to increased levels of ammonia and are now healing.

Water change, only 25%, test the water.

You need to know what your fish is suffering from prior to dumping anything into the tank. Ich meds will not help ammonia burns only water changes.

Most fish-related diseases are caused by poor water quality. Do you have a liquid test kit? If so could you provide the results from water tests for pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Poor water quality usually means high levels of ammonia and/or nitrite, both of which are highly toxic to fish even in small concentrations.

Also we need to know the size of the tank and whether or not the tank has a filter. Did you cycle the filter?

Alright stop treating with contral ick. Black spots usually is an ammonia poisoning problem. Giving to much medicine will also kill your fish. Test your water for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Then do a water change. Make sure you add aquarium salt(it works as a natural tonic the promotes healing). Also add stress coat and stress zyme to your tank. Make sure you have good filtration in your tank and aeration as well. Keep a close eye on your fish. Hope he gets better and sorry about your loss of the other goldfish.
