so originally i would go to the gym for 2 days then off a day. day 1 would be arms and chest and 2 would be shoulders and back. and then would usually take a day off, but i play sports regularly throughout the week so i counted that as my cardio / leg work. i want to go to the gym every day now, so instead of that day of rest, it would b like deadlift, squats and other leg machines. aka no upper body involved on the 3rd day. would this be ok/healthy?
