Going to the gym tomorrow and.....?

what can I do to make sure I lose weight?

I usually do this at the gym

Elliptical for 15 minutes at level 8 out of 20
Rowing for 10 minutes
Crossramp for 20 minutes at level 8 incline 8
weights for 15 minutes

I really need to lose weight..is anything I can do to up my game?
also I have a problem with eating to many snacks junk food snacks....how can I stop myself from doing that?
 
u must be doing cardio for ATLEAST 18 minutes to be in aerobic mode

when doing cardio, control your heart rate so u are going at 65% of ur heart rate max

(heart rate max is..... 220 - your age)

remember, just beacuse u are sweating ur ass off and ur legs r killing u, doesnt mean u are burning fat, atleast not nearly enough as u could be.
