im a guy and started going to the gym about 2 months ago, the gym guy set me a program and said i should see results as soon as a couple of weeks, well nothing! i don't know if im doing the exercises wrong or im just meant to be skinny.
Im 6 foot 1 inch and weight 70 kg or 154 pounds or 11 stone and im 17 years old.
The reason i started going to the gym was that im cursed with tiny women like shoulders so any exercises i should try out to sort that out would also be helpful.
