I just turned 18 and I'm going to go to the gym for my very first time. I have no experience whatsoever. All I know is that I want to have muscles because I'm really talk and I weight 168 and everyone always tells me that I need to work out and get some muscles.. I don't know what to do though, what machines to start with etc. If anyone has any suggestions please share them with me. I'll really appreciate it.
