I need to go to the doctors, but have never been by myself before and have never made an appointment by myself. I don't want to ask any of my family to do it for me because it's a bit personal.
I just want a general doctor and I have a medicare card. I'm scared that I'm going to get charged a huge amount as I don't really know how this whole medicare thing works (as well as bulk billing and that sort of thing!).
I'm thinking of going to 'The Ballarat Group Practice', is this a GP? and if so would my medicare card cover all or most of the payment??
