Going to see a lawyer and I don't even know what to say/ask her?

Just walk in, say your hello and start by telling them "i need help..an this is my situation" then tell em the whole story all up front, tell em what you would like to come of it, and ask "how do i go about making that happen?" dont stress it, im sure it will go smooth . maybe try gettin ur "money" before you go, to help relieve stress/tension..you wont be so nervous
 
I'm going to see my lawyer to get full custody of my kids and I need to know what kind of questions to ask? What to say? My mom has had temp. custody for 2 years and we don't even have any kind of visitations rights? Also me and my husband have to pay child support im wondering if I could get mind part dropped because we are married and only have one income don't understand if we are married y we both have to pay it? If you know anything about going though child custody please give me some good advice!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why are your children there you should have been stepped up to the plate. Are you unfit ? Whatever the case may be appreciate your mom for being there while you were doing whatever it is you were doing. Get yourselves together because there is no excuse why your mom had custody for 2 years while u were chillin and having all kinds of wild sex when you should have been strolling through the park with your kids
