Going to school to be an LPN...any suggestions?

Hi. I'm planning on going back to school for my LPN in April. My problem is that even though I've been at my current job for 11 months, I highly doubt that they will choose to keep me based on my change in availability. They tend to be very...petty. So if I tell them that I'd need to change my schedule for school, the way they see it is that it isn't furthering my education for the career I'm in now so they don't need me.Any suggestions on where I could try to find a new part time job or a way to handle it professionally so that my job might keep me? I'd love to work in a medical related position since that is what I'm going to school for but I'd take any place that would be flexible for students. And I'm looking for between 20 and 30 hours a week.Any help is appreciated!!!
 
go to a nursing home or hospital try to get a position as c.n.a some places will train you instead of having to go to school for itand good luck with your lpn its hard hard work but it pays off in the end =]
 
The medical environment holds a wealth of different careers from the obvious nurse and doctor careers to adminstrative careers. My sister wanted to work in this area, but she wasn't sure perfectly what she wanted to do. Ultimately she gave up after visiting the resource below which showed her how to make cash using her pc with SMC, a company sponsored by Tom Boswell of Happy Days (Howard Cunningham).
 
To be a CNA you need at least one year of training so I would go for that, get a job at a hospital, nursing home, or home health services PT and go to school to become a LPN with the CNA training and work experience you'll have a step in the door GOOD LUCK
