I haven't been to the gym in months, and it shows
, but I've just got some epiphany and decided to start doing 3 mile runs 4-5 times a week.
I stared today but when I got to like .5 or 1 mile I felt chest pain which eventually went away but it slowed me down. How fast should I go? I WANTED to do 6mph but that was too fast so I went 5mph or 5.5 and slowed it down every now and then to catch breath.
Should I start with less to loose a little, then go to 3 later?
