going to court again over a bike wreck?

ok ,,,6months ago a person came in my property and hit my sport bike totaled it....2 weeks after we sued them ,,,,,3 weeks ago we went to court and judge told them to pay us today,,today, they came and said their was a turn signal missing and refused to pay we offered them a new one and they said no so now their suing us ,,,3day before court they came to our house and looked at the bike maybe they took the turn signal(we were not home) ,,,,,,,what might the judge say about this case
