i being trying to work on the rigorous exercises
and even though i am no athlete i want to do well
but my skills aren't top notch yet and i am worried
i might fail cause of it or get but to fat camp
can barely do 20 push ups and my goal is 72
can barely do 30 sit ups and my goal is 76
mile run can run 2 miles in 18 minutes my goal is 13
damn need help and thanks
